Thank you for your interest in a custom Jewelscrwn piece. Each custom order is created with intention, care, and attention to detail. Please review these policies before placing your order.

Starting Prices

Custom Necklaces: $177+
Woven Bracelets: $75+
Beaded Bracelets: $45+
Rings: $45+

Final pricing depends on stone selection, crystal availability, size, materials, and design details.

Design & Artistic Style

Stone choice, size, color tone, style, and overall design direction will be confirmed before work begins. Once approved, the design is considered final.

All customs are created within the established Jewelscrwn artistic style. Customization does not include changing or redefining my signature aesthetic after a piece has been completed.

Interpretations of masculinity, femininity, balance, or energy are subjective. A change in personal preference after completion is not considered a craftsmanship defect and does not qualify for a remake or refund.

Custom orders are best suited for clients who already connect with and trust my existing work.

Changes requested after materials have been sourced or creation has begun are not guaranteed. Approved changes may require additional fees and extend the completion date. Materials purchased specifically for your order are non-returnable.

Turnaround & Revisions

Standard turnaround is 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and current order volume.

Client-requested changes or sourcing delays may extend this timeframe. Rush service may be available for an additional $50.

Limited revisions are offered at my discretion. Revisions do not include complete redesigns or changes based solely on personal preference after completion.

Payment

Custom orders must be paid in full before creation begins.

If a payment plan is approved, work begins after the final payment is received.

Posted orders must be paid within 24 hours. New customers must submit payment within 12 hours or the order will be canceled.

Payment-plan installments are due on the agreed dates. Missed payments without prior arrangements are subject to a $20 late fee for each calendar day past due. Work will remain on hold until the balance and applicable fees are paid.

Need an extension? Please communicate before your due date. Missed payments without communication may also move your order back in the production schedule.

All payments toward custom orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Returns, Refunds & Shipping

All custom orders are final sale.

No refunds or returns are offered once work has begun.

If I approve an exception, original shipping costs are non-refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and the item must be returned in its original condition.

Communication

All custom-order concerns must first be submitted in writing for clarity and documentation. A phone call may be scheduled afterward if needed.

Order records may be removed after delivery has been confirmed.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these custom-order policies.

✨ Payment Plan Policy ✨

Payment plans are available for qualifying orders of $100 or more, allowing your total to be divided into 3 weekly payments.

How It Works

Payment 1: Due immediately when your plan is created
Payment 2: Due one week later
Payment 3: Due the following week

Shipping may be included in the first payment or added to the final payment.

For custom or made-to-order pieces, creation does not begin until the full balance has been paid.

Late & Missed Payments

Payments are due on the agreed-upon dates.

If a payment is missed without prior communication, a $20 late fee will be added for each calendar day the payment remains past due.

Your order will remain on hold until the outstanding payment and applicable late fees are paid. Continued missed payments or lack of communication may result in cancellation of the payment plan.

If you need an extension, please contact me before your payment is due.

All payments made toward a payment-plan order are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment-plan purchases are final sale and follow the same design, revision, and customization policies listed above.
