Thank you for your interest in a custom Jewelscrwn piece. Custom orders are created with intention, care, and attention to detail. Please review the information below before inquiring.

Custom necklaces start at $177
Custom woven bracelets start at $75
Custom beaded bracelets start at $45
Custom rings start at $45
Final pricing may vary based on crystal availability, stone selection, size, and overall design details.

Design Approval & Changes
Before creation begins, design details—including stone choice, style, and overall concept—are confirmed. Once approved, the design is considered final.
Changes requested after materials are sourced or work has begun may not be possible. If approved, additional fees and timeline extensions may apply.
Stone availability and pricing can vary. Materials sourced for custom orders are non-returnable.

Artistic Style & Customization Clarity

All custom pieces are created within my established artistic style and design language. Customization allows for adjustments such as stone selection, size, color tone, and general design direction, but it does not include altering or redefining my core aesthetic once a piece is completed.

Perceptions of masculinity, femininity, balance, or energy within a design are subjective and vary from person to person. Once a custom piece is completed, requests based on changes in personal preference or interpretation are not considered errors in craftsmanship and do not qualify for remakes or refunds.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge familiarity with my work and understand that final designs will reflect my signature style.

Turnaround Time
Custom orders typically take 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and current order volume.

Please note:
Design changes, material sourcing delays, or additional revisions may extend the timeline. Timeline extensions caused by client-requested changes do not qualify for refunds.
Rush orders may be available for an additional $50 rush fee.


Revisions
Limited revisions may be offered at the artist’s discretion. Revisions do not include full redesigns or changes based on personal preference after completion.
Dislike or change of preference does not indicate a defect.


Payment Policy
All custom orders must be paid in full before creation begins.
If a payment plan is arranged, creation will not begin until the final payment is received.
Once an order is posted, payment must be completed within 24 hours or the order will be canceled.
For new customers, payment must be completed within 12 hours.


Returns, Refunds & Shipping
All custom orders are final sale. No refunds or returns are offered once work has begun.
If an exception is made at the artist’s discretion:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping is the client’s responsibility
Items must be returned in original condition

Communication
For clarity and documentation, all concerns regarding custom orders must be provided in writing. Phone calls may be scheduled after written concerns are outlined.

Order Records
Order details may be removed after confirmation that the customer has received their package.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.

Payment Plan Policy (Effective April 2025)
Exciting news! Beginning in April 2025, I’ll be offering flexible payment plans for orders over $100. Life happens, but that shouldn’t stop you from owning a beautiful, custom talisman. To make things easier, I’m introducing a 3-week payment plan option.
All eligible orders will be listed on the custom order page. The total cost will be divided into three equal installments:
The first payment is due immediately at the time of ordering.
The second payment is due one week after the initial payment.
The final payment is due during the second week following the initial payment.
Weekly reminders will be sent until your order is paid in full. Once all payments are completed, your order status will update accordingly. Shipping may be included with the first payment or added to the final payment — whichever works best for you.
Please note:
Creation of any custom or made-to-order piece does not begin until the full balance has been paid.
If a scheduled payment is missed or significantly delayed without prior communication, the payment plan may be canceled, and the order will not be completed. Any payments already made will be applied as store credit unless otherwise stated.
All payment plan purchases are final sale. Refunds are not issued, so please be sure you are ready to commit before selecting a payment plan. Payment plans do not qualify for additional revisions, exceptions, or design changes beyond standard customization terms.
